Frequently Asked Questions
- How do you create a GWD shipment in Seller Central?
- From Seller Central, go to the Inventory menu, then Warehousing and distribution (AWD), then click Create Shipment. There is no separate GWD console; the program runs inside the existing AWD interface. You must already be onboarded to Amazon Global Logistics with a payment method and importer of record on your profile, or the workflow will not let you proceed.
