Reporting a Security Issue

Report suspected vulnerabilities, security issues, or account compromise to security@inventoryhero.ai. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We acknowledge reports and take good-faith security research seriously. Do not access or modify other users’ data while testing.

How We Respond

We maintain a documented incident response process. When we identify or receive a report of a security incident, we triage and assess its scope, contain the issue, investigate root cause, remediate, and record the incident and the actions taken.

Customer Notification

If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay, and within the timeframes required by applicable law and by the platforms whose data is involved. Notifications describe what we know about the incident, the data involved, and the steps we have taken or recommend.
